Aspire Educational Consulting commenced its operations in Karachi, Pakistan in November 2000. In 2003, Aspire Educational Consulting opened its regional offices in Lahore and Islamabad. The regional offices provide outreach to the secondary cities in the provinces to enable students from districts and smaller towns access to counseling and guidance services. Through the regional offices in Lahore and Islamabad, the staff of AEC visits Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore and Quetta regularly to meet with the prospective students and conducts the outreach programmes to other smaller cities and towns of the provinces. In 2008 AEC opened the Hyderabad, Sindh Office. The agency provides comprehensive service on career counseling, admission application processing, visa application facilitation and pre-departure briefings to all our clients.
Aspire Educational Consulting provides quality service to the students seeking educational opportunities abroad and to provide a quality service to its business partner universities for recruitment and collaborative partnerships with Pakistani Universities. AEC's focus was on providing accurate information to the students about academic opportunities in UK and facilitates the students in selecting the right career and institution hence placing them in an environment conducive to their needs and ability.
In 2000, Aspire Educational Consulting signed exclusive agreements with Victoria University of Manchester, UMIST, Manchester Metropolitan University and City College, Manchester. This sole agreement continued till 2007, however the partnership continues to date on non-exclusive arrangements. AEC conducts market research for its partners to assess the needs of the local communities and to provide up to date information on the policies and changes by the Government of Pakistan. It seeks to provide liaison with the overseas universities and Pakistani institution in the field of Engineering and IT education in the effort to enhance the country's literacy rate and to assist our institutions in upgrading their courses to international academic levels.
Our team regularly visits UK and other countries to keep abreast with the academic developments, training and initiation with department staff of the universities. In the event that the representatives of the UK universities are unable to visit Pakistan for security reasons (as experienced in the last two years), AEC shouldered complete responsibility of representing the institutions and promote their interest with full zest.
Our performance in the last two years has inspired confidence in the British Council and the British High Commission to select Aspire Educational Consulting for the 'Student Select Scheme'. This scheme was established to assist students with British entry clearance issuances. Aspire Educational Consulting was a trusted partner of this scheme. Our two year service on the 'Student Select Scheme' has resulted in 100% success in securing entry clearance for students who applied through our agency.
In the first five years of its inception, Aspire Educational Consulting became a reputed name in counseling services and topped the ranks in the country for its service both to students and partner universities.

The staffs of Aspire Educational Consulting are fully trained by the British Council, Pakistan. The staff undergoes a yearly refresher programme and the in-service training is continuous with in the organization. The staff comprises of Senior Counselors, Counselor, Office Managers, Office Assistants, Peons, Dispatch clerk, drivers and watchmen. The total number of staff at AEC is now 15 members.
