This Privacy Policy explains how Aspire Educational Consulting (“Aspire”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when someone visits www.aspireec.com or contacts Aspire.

Important: Do not include sensitive personal data (for example: medical information or biometric identifiers) in the “Message” field unless it is necessary. If such information is submitted, it may still be processed because it was provided directly.

Aspire does not sell personal information.

Aspire does not have a single fixed retention schedule for all records. However, personal information (including enquiries, client records, and related documents where applicable) is generally retained for a minimum of 7 years, and may be kept longer where needed for operational, audit, or legal reasons.
A deletion request can be submitted (see Section 11). Aspire may retain limited information where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Depending on applicable law and context, a person may request:

- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of personal information (subject to legal/operational needs)
- Objection to certain processing (including marketing)
- A copy of information in a usable format (where applicable)

Aspire may work with students under 18. Where a student is a minor, Aspire obtains parent/guardian consent and may require a parent/guardian’s involvement for certain decisions, documentation, or processes.

Aspire applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information.
Access to student data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to perform their role (for example, counsellors and relevant operations/administration staff). Where vendors/service providers need access to deliver a service (such as email systems, form tools, or hosting), access is limited to what is necessary.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; however, safeguards are applied to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
14) Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies. Aspire is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

Aspire may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
